Evangelion Unit-02 Beta Equipped with Booster

 

Unreal Engine 5 Project

The Booster project was an long-term project dedicated to do a deep drive in Unreal Engine5, instead of utilizing offline rendering, this project focus more on Real-time Rendering.

The project is modeled in Blender, baked in marmoset toolbar3, textured in substance 3d painter.

Project Highlight: 

1. UDIM texture usage in UE5.

2. OCIO Color management cross software utilizing Agx.

3.Streaming optimization in UE5.

 

BREAKDOWN

Flow modeling technique for the assets using Blender.

Utilize mid-poly modeling technique, combined with chamfer to achieve the in-game mesh.
